At Springhill Medical Centre we are now using AccuRx* patient triage to allow us to consult with our patients online. You can;

  1. Seek medical advice online from Springhill Medical Centre – there will be a few simple questions to answer about your condition so we can decide on the best course of action for you.  It is important to provide as much information as possible.
    You will be asked how you want to be contacted, this could be via text, phone or video consultation (his function depending on signal).  Please note this can take up to 2 days for the practice to respond.
    IF urgent, please contact the practice 01676 540 395
  2. Send a non urgent query to our admin team – you can contact us with referral queries, fit note/ sick note queries, medication requests etc. and the admin team can respond quickly and efficiently with a two way text messaging system if they need more information.  Please note this can take up to 2 days for the practice to respond.
