Springhill Medical Centre is a medium sized practice. Whilst being the main site, it also has a branch site in Galley Common, Nuneaton to which clinical and non-clinical staff cross-cover (this is currently a COVID19 Assessment hub). The list size is approx. 10,000 patients. Spring Hill is a part of WARWICKSHIRE North clinical commissioning group and a federation practice and part of North Arden Primary Care Network. The main building was purpose built in 2012. We provide a range of NHS primary care services. The practice also acts as a site for the extended health care team with a midwife-run obstetric clinic, retinal eye camera and ultrasound aortic screening occurring within the practice.
The practice offers additional roles including First Contact Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Health and Wellbeing Coach, Social Prescriber, Specialist Mental Health Practitioner and a Dietician.
We also provide non clinical services like citizens advice. We were inspected by CQC in 2015 and rated as GOOD, in 2017 and 2019 and rated as GOOD. We were inspected in September 2022 and rated as GOOD.
