Opening Hours
Between the hours of 8.00am and 9.30am, Monday to Friday patients are to ring the practice to make appointments only. (Option 1) For anything else please contact the practice after 9.30am as our phone lines are extremely busy.
Spring Hill Medical Centre
Our contracted hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.30pm.
Our consulting times are between 8.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 6.30pm.
Opening times
Monday: 8.00am to 6.30pm
Tuesday: 8.00am to 6.30pm
Wednesday: 8.00am to 6.30pm
Thursday: 8.00am to 6.30pm
Friday: 8.00am to 6.30pm
Each day the phones are switched to emergency service at 5.30pm. When the surgery is closed at 6.30pm, patients must contact NHS 111 by calling the telephone number 111.
The Practice Secretaries are available Monday and Wednesday 2:00-4:00pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00am-2:00PM.

Monday: 8.30am to 11.30am, 1.30pm to 4.30pm (Telephone calls open between 8:00am -6:30pm)
Tuesday: 8.30am to 11.30am, 1.30pm to 4.30pm

Between the hours of 12.00pm to 2.00pm Monday to Friday we have an emergency line which is to be used for emergencies only and can be accessed on 01676 541 095.
After 6.30pm patients must contact NHS 111 by calling the telephone number 111.
