Opening Hours
Between the hours of 8.00am and 9.30am Monday to Friday patients are to ring the practice to make appointments only. (OPTION 1) for anything else please contact the practice after 9.30am as our phone lines are extremely busy.
Spring Hill Medical Centre
Monday - 8.30am to 12.00pm, 2.00pm to 6.30pm (telephone lines operate from 8.00am Monday to Friday)
Tuesday - 8.30am to 12.00pm, 2.00pm to 6.30pm
Wednesday - 8.30am to 12.00pm, 2.00pm to 6.30pm
Thursday - 8.30am to 12.00pm, 2.00pm to 6.30pm
Friday - 8.30am to 12.00pm, 2.00pm to 6.30pm
Each day the phones are switched to emergency service at 5.30pm. When the surgery is closed at 6.30pm, patients must contact NHS 111 by calling the telephone number 111.
The Practice Secretaries are available between 1.30pm and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Between the hours of 12pm to 2.00pm Monday to Friday we have an emergency line which is to be used for emergencies only and can be accessed on 01676 541 095.
After 6.30pm patients must contact NHS 111 by calling the telephone number 111.
Out Of Hours
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111.
111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
