Our new phone system has been installed to improve patient experience and satisfaction. It has patient callback technology that allows patients to virtually hold their place in the queue. We are able to inform patients automatically when there are no same day appointments remaining. Both of these features have shown patients are not waiting on the phones for long periods of time. We have constant access to call flows, displays of calls coming in and actual waiting times on the phones. This system can also search numbers if there is a query/complaint regarding getting through to the practice and all calls are recorded and easily accessible.
