Healthy Lifestyles
Change makers are running a 9 week course for families to explore all things health related, from sugar content and reading labels to cooking and activities to do with the kids.
The course will be an informal and fun opportunity to help children develop healthy habits.
Aimed at families with children aged 4 to 12, but all welcome.
At the Arley Community Centre. 4.00pm to 5.30pm. Free to attend.
